Brenda Lynne

Brenda Lynne, a coloratura soprano, and a native of British Columbia, has performed as a featured artist around the world, in Europe, Japan & across the United States.

She was the featured soloist with the Peninsula Symphony, opening their 1999 - 2000 season.

She has been the opening act for such artists as Bonnie Raitt & Randy Newman, Marilynn McCoo & Billy Davis Jr., Gloria Loring, Pat Boone and comedians, Tom Dreesen and Jay Leno. She has played the part of "Christine" in productions of Phantom Of The Opera, as well as performing Andrew Lloyd Weber Revues. Brenda and Sam Sorensen composed the music for the Bettencourt feature film "Naked Eye". They also recently released the CD "Angel Of Music", (produced & arranged by Brenda & Sam), on Nightingale Records.

Brenda has been featured with her big band for many major charity galas, including the L.A. County Museum's Dinosaur Ball (for the opening of their California Wing), Little Company Of Mary at Raleigh Studio's and the California Science Center, and is often engaged to perform as the featured entertainment for major corporate events.

She has a Los Angeles based music production company called Brenda Lynne Productions. Brenda has two children, Christopher (age 12) and Jasmine (age 8).

Brenda Lynne resides in Palos Verdes,and has performed many times here on the hill in benefits for the Los Angeles Philharmonic, the Palos Verdes Art Center, as well as the Peninsula Symphony.

Sam Sorensen

For over forty years, Sam Sorensen has involved himself in every form of music imaginable.
He has composed for feature films, including the Sony/Westwind feature film "Party Line", and his original music has been heard on the TV shows "Guiding Light", "Inside Edition", "Roc", "Lifestyles Of The Rich And Famous", CNN, "Runaway With The Rich & Famous", "American Journal", "Rolanda", "History Of Rock & Roll", as well as many TV shows world wide. He is also the composer and arranger of music used on Princess & Family Cruise Lines, and various theme parks, industrials & commercials.

He has performed as a pianist and keyboardist for films and television, and has recorded / performed with many artists and celebrities including Smokey Robinson, Tina Marie, Barry Gordy, Rita Coolidge, Jody Watley, Frank Zappa, Steve Vai, Vinnie Colaiuta, John Davidson, Bill Cosby, and Ike Turner. He has produced many independent albums and projects. He is the pianist on many of the titles in the Yamaha Disklavier and PianoDisc's catalogue. He has performed in many musical productions, including Oliver!, Three Penny Opera, Honk, etc. and has been a musical performance consultant in various films, including Laurence Fishburne's "What's Love Got To Do With It?"

Sam has contracted and led big bands, orchestras and choirs, as well as produced a wide variety of musical shows for countless corporate events. He's also taught concert band and various music classes in elementary, high school & college levels.

Born in Inglewood, California, Sorensen grew up in Southern California.
